crochet projects

After surgery, recovery was spent learning how to crochet. I LOVED it! Here are some of the projects I completed.

update!

Update from the Lillies! I haven't blogged in a long time! Here is what has happened in the last few weeks:

We were super blessed to get to spend time with family back in Colorado over Christmas. It was so great to spend time with both of our families. It was also very weird to tell them, "Well, guess we'll see you in 6 months... somewhere!" Knowing big change is coming in June is starting to hit hard around here lately.

Right after we got back from Colorado, Bryson went off to New Mexico for a class. He had an amazing time enjoying the people and places of being immersed in the New Mexican culture. Bryson was born in New Mexico and lived there until he was about 8 years old. What he didn't enjoy? 18 hours on a train!

I finally got to go back to work after surgery! I loved seeing all the kids and all my teacher friends. I was warmly welcomed back by all, and have been very much enjoying being back. Full days have still been a little difficult, but I have many people looking out for me. I get yelled at by many if I try to do too much at work!

Post surgery, I learned how to crochet. I am continuing to crochet and am almost finished with my first project for myself! I have a bunch of projects in the cue still as well.

I started physical therapy and am really hoping this helps with some more healing. While I am definitely doing better than I had been doing pre-surgery, I still feel as though I am only at about 75-80%. I am still hoping for full healing someday.

Love to all!
